Shipping policy

We want to get you your Dime Active as soon as possible and make every effort to process your order quickly and offer free shipping for all orders over $100 in the contiguous United States. All orders are shipped ground.  International shipping via DHL express.

Please allow 1-3 days for handling.  Shipping includes $100 insurance but we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Dime Active will not be shipping or delivering on the Holidays. Please note shipping estimates will begin the following business day. All orders placed on Friday or over the weekend, will be mailed out on the following Monday or Tuesday.
