Active Minds, Healthy Bodies

Active Minds, Healthy Bodies is a wellness initiative by DIME Active focused on supporting the physical and emotional well-being of young people through movement, reflection, and meaningful conversations.

The program was created with a simple belief: when students learn to care for both their bodies and their minds, they build a stronger foundation for confidence, resilience, and healthy habits that last beyond the classroom.

Through guided activities, movement practices, and reflective exercises, the initiative encourages students to develop self-awareness, discipline, and a deeper understanding of their mental and emotional well-being.

  • Many young people today are navigating increasing pressure, stress, and emotional challenges.

  • Active Minds, Healthy Bodies aims to create a safe and supportive space where students can:

    • move their bodies with intention
    • learn healthy ways to manage stress
    • develop self-confidence
    • build positive habits for long-term well-being

  • The goal is not perfection, but awareness, helping students understand that caring for their mental and physical health is a lifelong journey.

Our First Scholars Campaign

The first Active Minds, Healthy Bodies Scholars Campaign was held in the Philippines at Mary and Jesus School, Inc. in December 2024.

The event focused on encouraging female high school students to explore the connection between movement, mental health, and self-confidence through open conversation and guided activities.

This campaign marked the beginning of a broader effort to bring wellness education and support to young people through the DIME Active community.

Looking Ahead

Active Minds, Healthy Bodies will continue to grow through future school partnerships, youth initiatives, and educational resources that promote healthy movement, self-awareness, and resilience.

Because strong communities begin with strong minds and healthy bodies.
