We offer two ways to shop Dime Active from the PH:
📦 Pasa-buy Shipment (Most Affordable)
- Shop during our current PH order window → currently open from [NOW CLOSED]
- Your order will ship together with other PH consolidated DHL box
- Estimated PH delivery: 10-15 business days from order window close
- Lowest shipping cost - perfect if you don’t mind waiting a little to save on fees!
This is the option most of our PH ambassadors and customers use.
✈️ Direct Ship (Faster Delivery - Additional Cost)
- Order anytime
- We ship your items directly from our US warehouse to your PH address
- Estimated Delivery: 3-5 business days
- Higher shipping fee applies → choose this if you want your order faster and are willing to pay extra.

- Pasa-buy Shipment (default option, batch ship via DHL)
- Direct Ship (faster but higher cost)
Returns & Refunds Policy - PH Orders
Please note that due to the nature of our pasa-buy system and consolidated international shipping, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on orders shipped to the Philippines.
- All PH orders are considered final sale once placed.
- Please double-check your sizing and order details before completing checkout.

Important Shipping Information & Disclaimer
Shipping via LBC - NCR & Luzon Areas
- For Metro Manila (NCR) and Luzon customers, Pasa-buy orders will be shipped via LBC → either door-to-door delivery or LBC branch pickup (depending on your address and LBC service availability).
- Please ensure your address is correct and deliverable, and that your mobile number is valid - LBC will use this to contact you for delivery or pickup instructions.
Shipping via LBC - Visayas & Mindanao Areas
(Pasa-buy Option)
For Visayas & Mindanao customers selecting Pasa-buy, please note:
- LBC may not offer door-to-door delivery in all provincial or island locations.
- If door-to-door delivery is not available, your package will be sent to the nearest LBC branch for you to pick up.
- You are responsible for checking if your area has an available LBC branch. You can visit the LBC website to verify branch locations.
- Please provide a valid mobile number and correct deliverable address when ordering. LBC will contact you regarding your package.
- If you are unsure whether your area is supported for Pasa-buy shipping, we recommend selecting Direct Ship at checkout for guaranteed delivery.
Shipping Responsibility & Disclaimer
- Once your Pasa-buy package arrives in the Philippines and is turned over to LBC for delivery, Dime Active is no longe responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages while in transit with LBC or at their branches.
- No refunds will be issued for any such cases once the package has been handed over to LBC
for delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
- As stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy above, please note that all PH Pasa-buy and Direct Ship orders are final sale.
- We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for orders shipped to the Philippines.
Final Reminder
- If you are unsure whether your area is serviced by LBC, or if you prefer guaranteed delivery, please consider selecting Direct Ship at checkout.
