Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• unworn or unused
• in the same condition you received it
• with tags and in the original packaging
• accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, contact us at admin@dimeactive.com or submit a return request through dimeactive.com using the same email used for your purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

Return shipping labels may be provided, and shipping costs will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@dimeactive.com with:

• your name and order number
• item name or description
• photos clearly showing the issue
• a full view of the item
• the Dime Active logo/label

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or store credit at no additional cost.

After the 7-day window, issues resulting from normal wear, accidents, or misuse will not be considered manufacturing defects.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Digital products, including downloadable fitness guides, nutrition guides, or PDF programs (such as Core. Curves. Control.)
Books and workbooks Direct (print-on-demand)
• Sale items
• Gift cards

Because books are printed on demand specifically for each order, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once the order has been processed.

If a book arrives damaged or misprinted, please contact us within 7 days and we will arrange a replacement copy.


Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact admin@dimeactive.com.


Gift Cards

Digital gift cards:

• never expire
• may be used toward any product in our online store
• are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash

Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

Promotional gift cards issued during special offers may include their own terms and expiration dates.


Store Credit Gift Cards

Store credits issued for returns, adjustments, or goodwill are valid for 12 months from the issue date, unless otherwise stated.

After this period, any remaining balance will expire.

If your item arrives with a defect, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right with a replacement or store credit.
